A veteran of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, Greg played a central role in advancing the state’s pro-business agenda. He built and managed statewide advocacy programs, created pro-business coalitions, and led grassroots campaigns to support or oppose key legislation impacting Florida’s economic competitiveness. He ran the Florida Chamber’s Get Out the Vote initiative, directed its statewide grassroots operation, and advised over 100 Chambers of Commerce on how to strengthen their local advocacy efforts — building one of the largest chamber-based advocacy networks in the country.

Greg is also an experienced political committee strategist, having founded and led multiple political organizations dedicated to electing pro-growth leaders and driving voter engagement. He brings firsthand knowledge of forming PACs, navigating campaign compliance, and mobilizing business communities around shared legislative priorities.

His influence also extends to public safety and emergency response, having been appointed by the Governor to serve as a business sector liaison at Florida’s State Emergency Operations Center, where he helped shape public-private coordination during statewide crises.

Kelly Navarro is a distinguished C-suite executive with over 20 years of senior leadership experience across corporate operations, legal strategy, business management, and political advocacy. She has driven transformational initiatives at the highest levels of both the public and private sectors, overseeing complex operations, managing regulatory compliance, and leading political strategy across national and international markets.

Kelly has directed enterprise-wide operations for more than 42 corporate entities globally and led over 10,000 employees, with direct accountability for budgets exceeding $700 million. Her leadership spans industries including technology, finance, healthcare, development, real estate, and government services. In addition to her U.S.-based achievements, Kelly brings extensive experience managing multinational business operations, offering clients a truly global perspective on operational excellence and regulatory navigation.

In the political and legal arena, Kelly served as a senior executive for the Governor’s Office and the Judicial Branch for the State of Delaware, advising governors, chief judges, and senior officials on complex regulatory frameworks, employment law, labor relations, and human capital strategy. She successfully led strategic operations across both the executive and judicial branches, managing unionized environments and high-stakes public sector negotiations. Early in her career, Kelly also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Kuhn and other esteemed members of the judiciary, further strengthening her foundation in corporate and political law.

Additionally, through national-level work supporting major political operations, Kelly contributed to political strategy and organizational development for the Republican National Committee (RNC), helping to strengthen political infrastructure and support electoral initiatives across the United States.
